One License, One Computer
Each purchased license is intended for activation on a single computer unless otherwise specified.
You Have the Right to Provision
You represent that you own the computer being provisioned or have permission from its owner or organization to perform maintenance and operating system upgrades.
Protect Your Data First
Before provisioning begins, you are responsible for creating and verifying a backup of your important personal files. A backup that has not been verified should not be considered a backup.
What MyPCPM May Do During Provisioning
During provisioning, MyPCPM may restart your computer multiple times, install Windows updates, install driver updates, and modify Windows configuration as required to complete provisioning. These actions are expected and are part of the normal provisioning process.
Keep Your Computer Plugged In
Portable computers should remain connected to reliable AC power throughout provisioning. Interrupting power during installation may result in an incomplete Windows installation.
An Active Connection Is Required
Some features, including license validation, Windows Updates, and driver downloads, require an Internet connection.
Do Not Tamper With the Software
Attempting to modify, tamper with, reverse engineer, or bypass MyPCPM licensing or integrity protections may prevent the software from operating correctly.
Provided As-Is
MyPCPM is provided "as is" except where warranties are required by applicable law. While every effort has been made to provide a reliable provisioning experience, no software can guarantee successful installation on every possible hardware and software configuration.
Scope of Responsibility
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyPCPM shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the software. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
